Hallo Ihr lieben,
Meine liebe Ärztin die klassische Hömophatie machte empfohl mir Ernährungsumstellung und diese Super epa/dha und erklärte mir daß ich bestimmte Blutabnahmen machen muß um die perfekte Dosis zu finden.So jetzt ist meine liebe Ärztin weggezogen
und ich habe mir nix merken können.
Fragst mal deine Rheumatologin dachte ich mir sicherheitshalber ok gesagt getan.
Die gab mir eine Antwort mit der ich nicht rechnete und zwar :ich würds an ihrer Stelle nicht nehmen wegen dem Herz ASS (was ich wegen Kardiolipinantikörper nehmen muß) .So und nun? Auf Packung stehts auf Englisch.Ich verstehs nicht 100%.Versteht das jemand und kann es mir ein bißle wiedergeben?
Wäre euch sehr dankbar (die waren nicht grad billig)

Directions:Take two Softgels twice daily meals.Two Softgels may be taken up to three times daily if so directed by a healthcare practitioner.Do not take with fiber supplements.The Olive polyphenols in Polyphen-Oil protect against LDL oxidation,suppress free radicals,and stabilize cell membranes.**Each serving of 2 softgels provides the amount of polyphenols equivalent to drinking two ounces of virgin oil.
Caution:If you are taking anticoagulant drugs,use only under the supervision of your physician.Blood Test that measure clotting time can be used to ensure these nutrients are not reducing the clotting factors in your blood to abnormal levels.**

Eigentlich dachte ich es wäre natürlich meine Hömöpathin war ja auch Ärztin und weiß doch ob ichs nehmen darf!
Ich hoffe mein Text ist nicht zu lang.Falls mir jemand helfen möchte reicht es wenn ich das wesentliche weiß also ihr braucht nicht jedes einzelne Wort zu übersetzen.
